Even though the state is known more for its obsession with meat there are exceptionally delicious vegetarian options. So in case you miss your simple comfort food of rice and dal, just be sure to order the Dal Tadka, it’s one of their dishes to look out for!

The Muse Lounge packs in a punch with the young at heart revelling in the snazzy atmosphere. By night, it transforms into a happening rendezvous with soulful music, finger-licking snacks and different aperitifs. Call it a day here and drive your blues away. It’s also a great venue to have your private parties and chill out with friends.

The Morung, named after the traditional meeting place of the Nagas, is a cute cafe where meetings and discussion happen over endless cups of hot chai and nicely brewed coffee. The informal setting makes it an ideal place to have those impromptu meetings and catch-up with friends and associates.

EXPERIENCES

Dreamily enough, the Hotel Vivor overlooks a scenic valley - views of which can be accessed from the property. Placed at the Muse Lounge within the property, is a bar and a chic seating area, often bustling at night with live music from local artists. Visitors can access the spa, gym, basement salon for some quality me-time. In fact, the wow factor, though, is provided by the spa, with its therapists who know just how to soothe your ruffled nerves.  One can also spend their last days in this part of the country buying trinkets reminiscent of Nagaland at the souvenir shop that is within the property, or, enjoy a nostalgic night-time barbecue outdoors.
